Support E Services has subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued to you if we unable to resolve your issues within the said period of subscription. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. If there is more than one issue, then the prorated amount of the subscription will be retained till the cancellation day and then the balance will be refunded.

For example- If you subscribe to an annual plan on Jan-1st, 08 with an expiry on 31st December,08 and then you decide to cancel the subscription on 10th July (after one or two issues will be resolved) then Support E Services will retain pro-rated subscription amount till 10th July and processing fee if any. The balance will be refunded for the remaining number of days.
 
     
 
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund if any of the criteria are met:
 
 
You had all the pre-requisites to solve the problems but still your issue was not resolved.
The issue was out of scope for a particular plan.
Even after the said period of subscription, your issue has not been resolved by our service technicians
 
     
  Refund Policy for Annual Subscribers:  
 
The Yearly Support Plan, as the name suggests, requires a twelve month commitment and the amount of subscription charge is non-refundable. However, it is subject to pure discretion of the company management upon the merits of an individual case.
 
     
 
Here the payment would be fully refunded if:
 
 
The reported issues can not be resolved completely.
The issue crops up again immediately.
 
     
  In such cases, a refund request based on instance is to be made within 48 hours after the tech support has been provided to you.

However, Support E Services reserves the sole right to request additional information from you or reject your request for a refund if any fraudulent means have been adopted. Support E Services reasonably believes that such a refund request is abusive and indicative of fraudulent and foul means. In case of any fraudulent requests, Support E Services would seek to notify this to proper authorities and take appropriate legal action thereon.
